Are ads that have status changed from deleted to active re-reviewed?

If I change the status of a previously reviewed/approved ad from deleted to active in adwords editor will it be re-reviewed or does it not need to be?

I have become a bit removed from the nuances of the review process, Kobayashi, but based on my (perhaps outdated?) understanding of things, moving from deleted to active should not initiate a review under ordinary circumstances.

However, if you were to add some new keywords at the same time, and especially if the keywords were in regard to something that was sensitive in some way, then I think a review might well occur.

I will try to look into this and see what I can learn. To set reasonable expectations, though, it may end up being next week before I can do so.

Or, hey, maybe eWhisper or netmeg will jump in with either a confirmation or correction. :)

It's probably worth mentioning that here in the US Monday will be a holiday, and I will be away from my computer.

Thanks, since posting I did notice in the new interface the displayed ad status (great new feature btw) does go back to approved after I change it from deleted to active in the editor and upload my change so that would appear to confirm your understanding. I do appreciate you looking into this further though to confirm that is what really happens.
