A VAT refund cheque was issued to us in May. It had the wrong details so we have been trying to get the cheque reissued since May.

Every time we email support to find out the status they keep referring to the original cheque and that if we have not got it yet they will assist in getting it reissued.

The problem is that over these months it should already have been issued.

I always refer them back to an email i received on 09/July/2009 which states that a cheque will be reissued and will take 4 weeks. It has been 7 weeks now.

How do i make a complaint to Google. There email support is pathetic and now i cant even call them as they have stopped phone support.

Hi. Sorry to hear your woes. After my colleague tried and failed I tried calling their phone number twice; once using my standard customer ID reference in the call where it asks for it and secondly using my customer Id which has the GAP associated to it.
The first effort failed with the 'new phone system' dropping off the line. The second customer Id worked. I can only assume that they have so many users that they have decided to prioritise based on your 'status'.
I could be wrong, but my colleague is not yet GAP qualified.
I hope I am wrong!

Im paying google around £700 a week i think a phone support is appropriate. They also owe me in excess £2000 in VAT refund
