Every time we email support to find out the status they keep referring to the original cheque and that if we have not got it yet they will assist in getting it reissued.
The problem is that over these months it should already have been issued.
I always refer them back to an email i received on 09/July/2009 which states that a cheque will be reissued and will take 4 weeks. It has been 7 weeks now.
How do i make a complaint to Google. There email support is pathetic and now i cant even call them as they have stopped phone support.
