1)who is google adwords expert/specialist,will appreciate the recommendation so that can know which person to learn from
2)is there any specialize book on Google adwords,like how to write your adwords well to get a better performance
3)is there any forum specialize on this,besides this forum?

search and you will find (to quote something or other!). There are loads of Gurus with their own methodology. Making a mistake is a good place to learn, but first you need to make a start. Get a campaign going, make a mistake and ask one of these forums. Loads of us have a wealth of cock-ups to share, some successes too!
