8/3/09 and today I noticed I am getting slammed from mobile browsers, all fraud as far as I can tell as there are 0 conversions from these clicks. Over $1100 yesterday alone (thousands of clicks).

IP addresses almost all start with:

208.54
173.52
68.199

and the user agent is always this or a variation:

Mozilla/5.0+(Linux;+U;+Android+1.5;+en-us;+T-Mobile+G1+Build/CRC1)+AppleWebKit/528.5++(KHTML,+like+Gecko)+Version/3.1.2+Mobile+Safari/525.20.1

Nearly all of it is content traffic.

Anyone else seeing this? I'm only seeing it on one of my sites so it might be industry-specific. There is no referrer info being passed so I can't block the content domains.

Try drilling into your reports and examine the "Placement Performance" report to view performance data for content network sites where your ads have been shown. That might yield some clues.

Also consider changing your campaign settings so your ads only show on "Desktop and Laptop Computers".

Only problem is placement reports have no data for 8/3/09 yet, at least for my accounts.

Also, on that setting where you can disable 'iphone and mobile devices', the help box says it's for google search. My issue is content traffic.

Placement reports finally available. <snip> is the domain. I would recommend blocking that domain from your campaigns as it delivers 100% garbage traffic.

Coming from this: [google.com...]
