How to Avoid Ad Reviews?

Is there a way to avoid ad reviews?

Every ad I create is going under review. Is this normal? It's been about three days now for the first one and it is still under review and won't run. I'm thankful I had one running from about a year ago that I can "use" till then.

By the way, it is an old account, haven't used it in about a year or so though.

Yes, it's normal. You can't avoid it. Sometimes, it takes a while but normally is fairly quick, like hours. Seems to be a problem lately. Don't know what is happening, ads getting stuck in the system or being missed, falling through the cracks somehow. If you've waited three days, I'd call Google. Should fix the problem fairly quickly.

ok, well good to know it wasn't just me! I guess all ads are reviewed now before going live. The ads aren't spammy at all, so I was a little confused.

I've been noticing that certain ads are getting hit as "under review" where as the same ads rewritten aren't (or will go as "Pending Review" for about five minutes till they are approved). I don't know what's going on here, I tried to write Google, hopefully they will respond.

It's an old account too, not a new one, very frustrating considering I can't get anything approved (on legitimate ads too).

my ads are approved pretty much instantly - I think it depends on the account. I'm working exclusively on an account older than 2 years, that has a large budget.

Google has been cracking down LOADS on affiliates of late so I wouldn't be surprised if they're manually reviewing a lot more ads at the moment - leading to a delay in a lot of other cases... (It'll probably get better when this big push to net affiliates winds down)

If your ad is "pending review" it will be reviewed quickly, almost instantly. If it is under review it will take a lot longer in some circumstances.

Mine are showing as "active" but nothing is running. An email produced the response that they were under review.

I don't have a problem with the need to review ads but I have a big problem with the system giving me false information. Surely "active" and "under review" are mutually exclusive states.

Just upgraded to the new interface - now it shows if ads are under review.

I get the reverse more often than not these days. I create a new ad with just one word different and it goes "under review". Content network ads seem to stay there longer too.

I have wrote Google demanding (well asking nicely :) that they can remove this filter on my account. I am not able to do anything because all ads go under review, it is taking forever now. I would like to spend money with them but can't, this is getting a little ridiculous. I hope they will reply! I'll let you know.
