Quality score and Ajax driven page.

Will quality score be hit?

Hi all

I've a page with a Google map using streetview. The page also generates innerHTML for a list of the locations on the map.

All the map data and listings on the page are drawn from a php/mysql source and the page generated using javascript so there's no real content for a bot to gobble up - just a lot of <divs>.

The map expands full screen so I don't have any room to fill the page with content that the bot will be able to gobble up and I obviously don't want to generate hidden content.

Needless to say, although I consider the page to be very useful and directly relevant to the target keywords, I'm worried about being hit by a poor quality score. Does anyone have direct experience and / or suggestions that they could share? Does anyone have any indication how important the bot is to quality score - maybe othe factors are more important...

Thanks all in advance.

Maybe add a line or two describing the map? I'm pretty sure Google will look at your title and description tags. Possibly the keyword tag too so it would be in your best interest to optimize all of them.

You don't need your Adwords keywords all over your landing page. In fact, I suspect the theme of your page is enough and the title and description could be enough.

Thanks for getting back LucidSW with some suggestions.

That's a good idea wrt meta tags and title. I'll make sure they are spot on for the keywords in the adgroups.

I've also added a 'help' button that opens a div to help newbies with using the page. I'll look into adding a few choice words there too.
