Anybody else seeing long approval periods for adwords?

I am setting a new client up with adwords, I have the ads set up and everything is funded properly...apparently, the account is still "under review".

Anyone else have this problem?

You'd figure you'd get more for your 200$ per day budget.

How long has it been since you set it up? Are you using Search and Content? (Content typically takes longer)

I've had this problem in the past as well. I should've realized it was a forewarning for an onslaught of additional problems with Google.
