Are you seeing it?

So it used to be that the Display URL followed as the last thing in the list of 4 elements...

That would be #1 - the Headline, #2 Description Line 1, # 3 Description Line 2 and #4 Display URL.

Here in the Northeast US (with flakey internet connections all day possibly due to this little storm) it appears that item # 4 now comes first in the order, but only if you are in the top position, not the side of the page position.

This seems very odd but, er, umm, it comes as no surprise as the big G keeps mixing things up and moving the cheese around.

If there are other posts elsewhere on the matter, please sticky me or post as best as possible here.

So I learn via Sticky from Rusty Brick that this has been going on since at least 2004.

One of my colleagues (and an official "Professional" at that) thought I was on to something.

Consider me (us both) officially red faced and hopefully wiser.
