I looked in both the old and new interfaces and these ads seem to be gone. Am I missing them or did Google remove these ad types?
So, in that spirit, I will say I don't know. (A tiny bit behind on my email - just a thousand or so...) ;)
But I will find out and report back tomorrow, Friday.
(This may also be a good time to mention in passing that I will be spending some time with my out of town Sister who is in town to visit on Monday and Tuesday - and will not be reading or posting until Wednesday, next week.)

As you may have surmised, I am not an expert on the display ad builder. :)
I have, however, consulted with a colleague who is - and am told that the offering has been revised. Evidently, anyone using the templates should have received an email.
In the new UI the path to find what is currently available is: 'Ads' tab > 'New ad' > 'Display ad builder' > 'Rich media'.
I know that as a Google employee the forum charter prevents me from linking to a Google blog, but I am told that there was a March 30 post on the Inside AdWords blog that spoke to this - entitled Rich Media and Video templates in display ad builder - on March 30.
I hope that is useful info, and that you find what you need there. ;)

I never received an email. In addition, the 'rich media' section templates that are no longer available (coupon, search, quiz, think maybe one more).
