Advertise sites on adwords which have adsense

can i advertise my website on google adwords if I have adsense on my sites.

will anyone post officail link of google regarding this TOS, as i want to start using adwords but i want no risk

There's no such thing as no risk.

You can drive traffic to your site if it has AdSense on it; I have done it and never had a problem.

However, your site better have a LOT more unique content than ads, and by unique, I don't mean syndicated articles. Would your site stand alone and be interesting and useful and draw traffic without the the ads? If so, it may work out for you.
