Remember Previous Creative when writing new Ads

The old UI, use to remember the last ad you wrote. This generally saved time, because there was no need to reenter the same information again and again.

The new UI gives you a blank ad, every time, you start a new ad. This means it can take longer to write ads.

Is there anyway we can get the previous useful functionality back, where it remembers the last ad you wrote and populated the next ad, with the previous ad information?

I've just tried pinging a colleague on the team behind the new UI, just to make sure it this functionality was not already there, somewhere. :)

Back again, irish_john.

I consulted with a colleague in the know, and she said that while at one point it did not properly it should now be 'remembering' the previous ad - as of about June 12th.

Is this still an issue for you? (And you are referring to the basic case of creating a new text ad in an existing campaign/ad group, correct?)

If so, is there any chance you could contact AdWords support from within that particular account, and have them take a look?

Not any more. It's now remember the previous creative as it should.
