New Adwords UI Not Letting Me In

My MCC, in previous format, wont let me into new format accounts...

Hi All,

I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this...

I have an MCC which is in the previous format of the UI. I have three accounts under this MCC out of which only two are live.

One of the live accounts has been changed over to the new Adwords UI. The other one that hasn't. The one that has been swapped over is fine and lets me in to do what I need to do.

The one that has not been changed over doesn't let me into the account at all to view the campaigns.

I am baffled as the MCC doesn't have the "New Interface (BETA)" link at the top right anymore. So, I can't try that to see if it helps.

Everytime I click on the account, I get to a landing page with a "loading" showing at the centre of the page then it instantly boots me back to the MCC dashboard.

Any ideas on how I can get past this and into my account?

not seeing that here. my MCC lets me bop into and out of all of my accounts and i can switch those accounts from old interface to new and back again and my MCC works fine.

I tried to log out and logged back in but it didnt seem to help.

So I went into the switched account and once I reverted that back to the old one, it allowed me access to the other account after that.

Weird thing is that the second account (B) has the option at the top to upgrade to the the New Interface, but the other account (A) doesn't have the option to update to the new Interface.

Really strange!
