Hello All,

I am using Google Adwords for my website.

I noticed in my PPC report that on 19th April... there was 85 Clicks from Google PPC.... but I checked the same in Google Analytics.... Google Analytics not showing any of Clicks from Google / CPC....

I can see traffic from Google PPC content network (referral traffic).... but it was only 18 visitors

So what is the problem in my PPC campaign or Analytics....?

Please suggest me a solution for this problem.... Thanks in advance ...

Do you have the cost data box checked? Are you sure your AdWords account is linked to your Analytics account? Can you get to Analytics from inside your AdWords account(click on the tab - you shouldn't have to log in again, you should be right there)

In your AdWords account go to this page:

[adwords.google.com...]

Check the status of the Tracking, if you see:

Tracking - edit
Auto-tagging: No, thanks

Then Analytics is not able to read the traffic from your PPC campaign as paid traffic, it will be included as SEO/organic traffic.

If you see Yes, then your Analytics should be showing the traffic from Google properly and it would be something else wrong in the settings or setup.

Also, if you are not tracking all pages of your website through Google Analytics, some visits would fall through the cracks this way.

Make the changes recommended by Noton and see how you go.

@Noton

Thanks Stephen for your valuable reply...

I just checked that.. And I can see

Tracking - edit
Auto-tagging: Yes

So It can show my Google / CPC and Google Organic Traffic... But I don't know Google not showing my Google / CPC (Search Traffic) in Analytics...

Yes... I can see the traffic which is generated by Google Adowrds Content Network (googleads.g.doubleclick.net / referral)... But only I can't see the traffic of Google / CPC...

If you have anything else solution for it.... please suggest me... now what I should to do... Thanks

I'm seeing the same for one of my clients. All of the suggestions above are in place and still the difference between the reports on Adwords and Analytic is huge. Adwords reckoned 190+ clicks last week, Analytics said there were just 4 from PPC.

@Gmorgan

If you have same type of problem... then what you have done to solve this problem? and What you have given answer to your client regarding this problem in Google Adwords and Analytics?

Please let me know....

I can see some difference between analytics and adwords...but that is very minimal.
