Can QS change after turning “on” Conversion Optimizer?

Have you ever observed keyword(s) quality score changes after turning on Conversion Optimizer? How many days passed before the QS changed? Was the change in QS positive or negative?

I havent noticed any QS changes when switching to conversion optimizer (and back again a week later)
