I am using a service that tracks phone calls and has the feature to hit a web page when a call is made. How can I use this to have Adwords show that a conversion happened? I know how to do this in analytics I want to know how to affect Google Adwords stats. Can I create a custom campaign that only has one keyword that is an exact match to something that never gets typed in and use that to track phone calls using the custom url builder?

The main issue why this is harder to do in AdWords is that for AdWords conversion tracker (than analytics) to work you need to have the AdWords cookie in your browser for the code to fire. You can't use the URL builder to fake a conversion in AdWords.
Personally, I usually try and send out a form, printable receipt, download, something that the person on the phone wants to receive; then have the tracking script only on that page so you can see what keyword etc caused the conversions.
