Some ads in group just won't show impressions

I've had this problem in the past where I have an ad group that has about 6 ads in it. I have one ad in this group that gets impressions as soon as I turn it on. I then created a second variation - same ad type, same size and this second ad just never shows any impressions.

Anyone have ideas why I just can't get other ads showing impressions. I have "show ads more evenly" turned on. These new ads - some are a few days old, some are a month old but they still won't share the spread of impressions.

Can you provide time frames? Itīs possible that the second one hasnīt cleared the revision stage.

Also, what kind of campaigns do you refer to? Content network? Partner sites, etc.?

Like I said, some are a few days old, some are a month old. These ads are content network ads. So basically I have a campaign, one (image) ad runs fine, whenever I create new ads they just won't kick off - these new ads have been live for anywhere from a few days to a month.
