I assume that two different data centers are involved, but my ad has no restrictions set up.. english, all coutries..
Anoyne got idea why is that?
Thanks all!
I find it strange that my ad show only if I check my keywords using Google Search button, but not showing if I Search Web from the toolbar...

nervo, this is a new one on me - and I will ping the tech folks and see what I can learn.
My first instinct, though, is to chalk it up to a combination of coincidence, and a daily budget lower than that required to show your ad all the time.
I'll post again if I learn anything more. ;)

This keeps happening even though I am only in "search" not "content" and the keyword phrase is highly targeted to what I am selling and there are only 2-4 results displayed. I'd be interested in learning what the explanation is, since the phrase is not too competitive and the last few times I looked, the irrelevant and highly questionable ad shown below trails the list of 4 ads:
<snip>Please don't copy and paste other's ads into these threads</snip>
My product, though adult oriented is relatively benign and when I search on the product name with a competitive bid and an all time position of 2.8 should appear in my opinion, especially if junk like the above is included. I can't believe the above has an exact match for my keyword phrase. I think you need to re-examine recent changes to your algorithms since I used to be able to predict like clockwork (even before the Ads Diagnostics Tool) when my ad would appear, now it seems far more hit or miss.

I don't think a daily budget is an issue here... you see, if I click the Search Web tool bar button once, the ad won't show, if click it again it might show sometimes, but usually it won't... I don't see a pattern here - from 10 clicks it would show the ad maybe 1-2 times... sometimes, ten clicks would not have the ad shown at all, but sometimes (just sometimes) ten clicks would have the ad shown all 10 times....
While, clicking the Search button in page always have my ad displayed.
Hope that can help your diligent tech friends :)
patient2all - I like to think that there are no adware/spyware on my PC, but how can one be sure of that? Anyhow, I'm constanly updating databases for my spyware blaster..
I've seen some adware that produces it's own results on what looks 99% like the standard IE SERP page. If you look closely though you see it's not. The results will also seem somewhat irrelevant to your search with variations of the same URLs occupying the first page SERPs. You probably would have noticed. Real PC novices don't notice when this stuff happens, but if you're adept enough to set up an AdWords campaign, I'm sure you'd recognize ersatz search results. But you never know, maybe the usurping of results has gotten more subtle.
Something I see in my own house on the same network. A search on IE (with no known spyware/adware floating around) will produce different SERPs on two different machines. One of my sites will be #9 on one machine, #14 on the other even when the searches are done a minute apart. And I'm not talking AdWords here, this is the organic SERPs. Both have the Google Search Bar installed and sometimes show different PR's by one point for the same sites!
I don't know if there is a logical explanation for that either. Personally, I think the recent AdWords changes are a bit buggy, but I know myself as a programmer, I always try to deny as much as possible; it's human nature to blame the user, blame the budget. Impossible, I say until they're able to wave proof in my face. With a network as vast and as transitory as AdWords, it's very hard to "prove" anything is happening.
All I know is three weeks ago, I could have made a fortune predicting ad placement if someone wanted to bet against me. Now, I'm totally confused and whether and when my ads show is completely unpredictable. These guys have some bugs in there and we just have to wait until they're found out. In the meantime, we have to keep complaining. I have a "Contact Us" floating out there almost every day complaining about inconsistencies in ad showing. Unfortunately, in a system so complex where the actual algorithms cannot be revealed, they can always come back to us with some kind of excuse. Hopefully, at some point the complaints will overwhelm them and someone will start digging deep.

nervo, at least part of what you have written above has a classic 'daily budget issue' ring to it.
I think you might do well to experiment with raising your daily budget, at least temporarily, and see if that changes your results.
BTW, if you do try this as an experiment, give the system an hour or more to fully incorporate your new daily budget over all servers.

But, I am really affraid that daily budget is not the case here, bacause so far I got just a few 0.05c clicks per day :( and my daily $1 budget(lmao) seems to be more than enough for that click hurricane... Huh, another AdWords n00b trying to get the picture ..
Also, I assume it wouldn't be possible to have my ad displayed at all if the daily budget is reached, but like I said, searching from non-toolbar Search button have my ad shown all the time....

Nervo, I know you don't really buy it, but this really could be your daily budget. A $1.00/day budget can be pretty unlikely to show an ad 24/7, and it is important to note that ad delivery over the 24 hour day is not determined by how close to your daily budget you are. It is actually much more complex than that, as discussed in many threads on this Forum in the past.
So, bottom line, it might be worth trying a test with a higher budget just to see. Not much harm in trying it, and it may answer your question.
Other than that, I'm out of ideas. Maybe somebody else has a brainstorm. ;)
