I've just had, for the first time in my 5 year history as an AdWords advertiser, reason to use the "Contact Us" feature through the AdWords interface; as 75% of my campaigns have -at some point since I last logged in- been disabled for "Ad Text Trademark Term" despite the ads containing nothing but generic terms (besides i'm not even trying to target trademark terms)
Anyway, I went Help > Ad Approvals and Policies > Proceed to contact us... and there is a box labeled:
"Summary of the issue"
...so I gave a 4 or 5 word summary expecting there to be a form on the next page on which to give comprehensive details of my support request; only to see a "Thank you, we will get back to you ASAP!" message!

I've been using AdWords for so long that my current primary email address has moved on from the email address that is associated with my AdWords account.
I just logged in to that address, and sure enough, there was a "Your Google AdWords Approval Status" email, which detailed the exact reason (and trademarked term) that caused the disapproval.
I have now fixed my ads (approval pending!) and set-up forwarding from that address for anything from @google.com to my current primary email address!
