Is it possible to see Adwords that are shown in other locations?

For example, if I am in Miami is it possible to see what lawyers are advertising for the term 'personal injusry' in Denver?

This is not for any malicious activity.

Yes, it's possible using the free Google Ad Preview tool.

The tool is available at [adwords.google.com...]

Thanks! That is great.

If I click on those links it is not recorded as a genuine Adword click and charged to the business is it?

Hey drakke,

No, clicking on any of the ads through the Ad Preview Tool does not charge the business or even record the impression.

Even when you want to check if your ads are showing on Google use the ad preview tool. The reason being when you do a search on Google, you see your ad and don't click, you are recording an impression for your ad but no click and this affects your ad performance.

When you use the ad preview tool, it performs a real search (just like on Google.com), but the clicks or impressions are not recorded.

The Ad Preview Tool is nice, but it doesn't allow you to see the destination URL of the ads. It used to be possible to see that using the Sponsored Links tool, but Google got rid of that functionality a few months ago.

So now if you want to check competitors' landing pages for the Denver area, you have to go to the URL [google.com...] where the the ads are clickable but it also accrues impressions and clicks.
