I have tested most countries and I am down to these that are still producing revenue.

Can anybody shed some light on any other countries that might be doing ok? Also suggest what group they should belong to? Language English

So I guess the obvious answer is I already have all that there is to get.
Actually I have I have added South Africa back in with the EU group with success.
