does anyone know sites like bizrate.com,shopping.com,shopzilla.com comes under google network,also does it come under content network or google search network....

I would have to say the Google Search Partner Network for all 3 sites that you mentioned -- much like say, AOL

I base this on the fact that I show on all 3 sites and get referrals from them and none of my campaigns are in the Content Network.
