I do agree with anallawalla and netmeg, by the way, that reporting such things to AdWords support is a good idea.
This is true especially when an issue is being seen by a small number of advertisers. Having an actual account to look into (as the support folks can do) can be invaluable in terms of understanding what is going on, pinpointing the issue, and then resolving it.

I don't have any solid information on when it will be resolved, unfortunately, and would prefer not to guess - since I do so hate to be wrong in front of the whole world.
I will post again if I have an news about time-to-resolution - though my hope is it'll start working for you before I find out. ;)
