Conversion Tracking - how long to register clicks?

I set these up on my adwords account last night...about 10 hours ago I would think. I found my ads on a content site and clicked, went to one of the pages where my conversion tracker code was and still showing all 0's this morning.

Is this time lag normal? When should I worry about my visit not being tracked? Another 12 hours? Anyone test out conversion tracking - how long did it take?

OK, I think only 1 of my three clicks registered. Is there a limit to the number of page visits that can be registered by a single IP address?

I have three actions

1. visit of page 1
2. visit of signup page
3. visit of thanks.php page (after signup)

If one user goes to all those three pages in order, is conversion tracking going to show me 1 or 3 visits?
