Adwords not reporting conversions

Is anyone else having difficulties with this? Adwords is saying that I have had 0 conversions, which I know is false, because my boss went through the cpc and bought a click to convert, and it is still saying we have 0 conversions. It did show his click, although it took about 8 hours to show up. I looked in analytics, and it shows that there are clicks for the cpc, but no conversions. It is listing conversions for organic google clicks and other locations. Is it reporting it under the wrong source?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Just checked my stats and it seems ok today. Showing conversions that tally with my web stats. Although I have definately noticed a few before now that didn't seem to get reported. But the exception rather than the rule.

So to sum up -

Organic/Direct/Referral Conversions are showing in Analytics

AdWords is not showing any conversions

AdWords campaign is showing the clicks in Analytics, but not AdWords conversions?

The AdWords not showing right looks like possibly a problem with the tracking code. If you put through a transaction and get to that last page and view the source, do you see the code?

The AdWords conversions not showing in Analytics - are you using Ecommerce or goals or both?

yeah, I've checked for the code a few times and it is there. We're only using goals, not Ecommerce.

I initially thought that the code may be wrong, but its reporting conversions for organic and all other sources. I think they may be reporting the cpc conversions under organic.
