Company Credit cards have individual names

Hi,

we are about to try Adwords but I have a couple of questions regarding the Adwords account.

Should I create a new Google/ Adwords account using our company email address?

Our credit cards have individual names on them - what is the best way to link a company credit card with an Adwords account.

If/ when people move on I want the Adwords account to work - we'll probably need to link a new credit card with the account. Is this possible/ allowed?

If an individual is linked to a company Adwords account, and moves to a new job, will this prevent them from using Adwords in the future.

Thanks for your help.

I haven't looked lately, but can't you have more than one credit card on the account? Use someone least likely to leave, e.g. CEO, cleaner, etc :)

Are you big enough to get invoice billing?

Thanks anallawalla,

our cleaners move on regularly to better paying jobs :)

I'll check out the multiple card options.

I'm as little as you can be - probably would not qualify for invoices.

Thanks again.

My clients who use credit cards have generally have either the CEO or CFO's name on them. Hasn't been a problem.

I would definitely use a corporate email address - or at the very least, the address of someone who is likely NOT to move on to a better paying job.
