Google Checkout Badge - Only for US & UK? Not fair for others :(

Google checkout is so much powerful in Google adwords. I am in India and I just can't have it with adwords :(.

Is there a way that I can also put the badge with adwords if I don't have any bank account in US, I have international credit card.
