Hallo Everybody!

Does anybody has any information why google doesn't allow hotel affiliates websites to advertise with Adwords?

Mainly because you are just redirecting track to the affiliate's domain and only allow one advertiser per domain... do you have your own domain with your own content and have a link from that to a buy?

I have my own domain (not my own content), but I redirect to the affiliate's domain, in order to book a room. And yes, the message I have got from Adwords was "only one ad per domain".

Sounds like you have your answer, then.

Why not create a real Web site with original content and advertise that? Who knows--you might find that "preselling" prospects with intrinsically useful information would lead to better affiliate conversions and ROI.

A word of warning ; Conversion from PPC traffic for hotel can be under 1% - look at your ROI very carefully

Yeah, using AdWords to get traffic to funnel to a hotel affiliate program is not one of the better business models. You're competing with thousands of other affiliates trying to do exactly what you're doing. (Not to mention the affiliate program itself, which most likely has an AdWords budget 1000x your own.)

I agree with signor_john- if you feel you must use AdWords to generate traffic, at least build your own unique content. The other advantage with that is that you are more likely to get an increase in organic traffic and links, and free traffic almost always improves your ROI better than paid traffic. :)
