Creating a budget

Hello guys,

We've just received an email from Adwords telling us our current budget ends on the last day of the month and that we should create a new budget. However, when on the budget tab in adwords, we can't find any option to create a new budget and it won't let us modify the current one.

Can anyone help?

We're definitely logged in as the administator so account privileges shouldn't be a problem.
