I just had my heart tested and, fortunately, it passed. I'm still alive.

I logged into Google Adwords today and, as I usually do, I scrolled to the bottom of the report to see what I'd spent yesterday. It said something like, $28,950!

What! My heart rate hits 200 .....

It took about five minutes before I noticed that the report's date range had been set to "All Time."

Whew .....

Glad I'm not the only one to have that happen. A few seconds of pure panic :-)

Do not take Google All Time stats with stimulants as this may cause your head to explode. :)

Hahahah!

Unless of course you've fine tuned your account, track your results and know that you are making way more than you spend - and are looking at your 'All Time' stats on purpose simply to make yourself proud.

In these cases, your chest will swell with pride - and no head exploding is involved at all. :)

Been there, by the way, with the unbelievably & shockingly high bill. Except in my case it was the phone company, and the bill was technically correct. Was expecting a $17 charge for my dial up Internet connection (yes, this was a while ago) and opened the envelope to find that it was $960 and change!

I still remember how I got a little dizzy.

What's dial-up? Is it something I can download on a bit torrent?
I've had the opposite effect with Adsense, "I made how much today?" oh, its only since my last payment, doh...

Unfortunately, I think I just discovered how the default setting for the Campaign Summary report got changed.

Someone had hacked into my account. They created a new campaign with a name similar to an old one and I've been charged over $1000 for the fradulent ads. I've reported it to AdWords Support.
