Select inactive first page keywords

How to select keywords that are inactive for the first page.

Does anyone know how to select the keywords that have the 'most likely not shown on first page' status?

I have looked online and in the Adwords editor but I can't find how to select those keywords.

I must be overlooking something because I can't believe Google implemented this 'first page bid' thing without giving the advertiser an option to do something with it (selecting and increase bids for all selected keywords to minimum first page bid).

Since there is no reply I guess I'm not overlooking something or my question did not make sense. So let me rephrase my question.

It is not possible to use the 'minimum first page bid' information to:

1. select all 'not active for first page' keywords
2. ingrease the bids for selected keywords to minimum first page bid

Is it correct that the above is not possible? So basically the 'minimum first page bid' information is useless when you are managing a lot of campaigns, ad groups and keywords.

I don't think the AdWords Editor has quite caught up to the new QS yet; I'm sure it's in the works, but I don't know when we can expect it.

But I can't also find an option to do this at adwords.google.com.

I don't think there was ever a way to select all the inactive keywords in the console - all you could do was run a report based on status. I think there is or used to be some kind of bulk change tool, but I'm not sure because I would never have used it.

I don't know about Adwords Editor, but on the website is was possible. There is still the option "Select all inactive for search keywords" on the website. But the status 'inactive' (different from paused) does not exist anymore so that select option is uselesss.
