How many keywords can you have in an adgroup .(including adgroup level negative keywords)

Use the Adwords help pages, I would suggest, rather than asking a number of questions that are easily answered.

It's usually not in your best interest to have a lot of keywords in an ad group; for best performance the ad groups should be tightly focused.
Ah I see, you've entered a whole bunch of posts asking basic questions. Suggest you go through the Learning Center [google.com] and read all the docs there, rather than asking folks here to do your work for you.
