No Impressions or clicks after days

Hi

I have created a new adwords Account and everything is listed as active, and I have my max bid set to highest compared to what others have it set for the same keyword, but I have 0 impressions and 0 clicks. I have contacted support but they take days to respond. Any idea what is going on with my ad?

Since your account is new, it is probably going through some review process. The support usually takes some time (often 2-3days to a week) to revert back, but generally does and with some useful response. However, you can start by checking out if you have targeted keywords that have a very low search volume.
