Transfering your Qualified Adwords Professional Logo to another MCC?

Do you have any information about transfering the qualified adwords professional logo from one MCC to another MCC? Bear in mind that the current email that the qualified logo has must be changed. The email, the MCC should be changed as a result. Is this possible? If it is, how can we make this transfer? And will this process be long?
