his written english was remarkably good
but he had difficulty understanding me at times
my favorite was after he helped me
(without escalating to policy team he was able to approve 5 previously dissaproved ads and in his words mark my site as family friendly)
i asked for his personal email (reps never give this out unless your special (im not))
he kept telling me that i cant be emailed when ad are approved and that emails are only sent when ads are dissaproved
i kept rephrasing and he finally understood and gave me his name.initial@google.com address
out of the 7 times i contacted support over this problem he was the only one who stopped it from reoccuring
i only wish he didnt lie when i asked him if he was in california, michigan or india
he said california (but i knew)
