My domain name is two hyphenated words like www.honey-bunch.com (example only). My Website contains frequent references to my product named HoneyBunch, without hyphen.

G wants $0.80 for keyword "honeybunch," even though a Google search on that kw turns up absolutely nothing in the paid search column. Why so pricey if there's (I assume) no competition for that kw?

That kw is reported to have 5.3% CTR and 100% conversion rate in my campaign management. Since that kw is not showing because I don't want to pay G's asking price, why does it show any CTR or conversions at all?

Just because nothing is showing now does not mean nothing was showing before. There are several possible explanations
Other advertisers could be running time- or geo-sensitive campaigns, so other ads may not necessarily show at the time and location when you looked. Or they may have temporarily turned off their campaigns (or had them suspended or exceeded their daily budgets).

Or maybe your QS is so bad that Google wants a higher max. bid from you to encourage you to improve your QS.

Also, the max. bid is not necessarily the amount you will actually be charged per click.
