Google Ad is not showing - quality score is OK (6)

I have ad campaign for my forum site, many of my keywords for this campaign are not showing.

Here are some of my keywords that are not showing:

Default bid 0.05

Message I got for my above keywords:
This keyword isn't triggering ads to appear on Google or the search network.
Quality score : 6/10

What the heck I am doing wrong :(?. Relevancy is high and I after terms that have zero comptetion but Google won't show my ads.Please help, I am pulling my hair out.

try upping your bid to the first page minimum

first page minimum for terms I after is 5cents

are you sure that isnt the min bid (old system) still viewable through adwords editor

Minimum bid means nothing in this case. Google has determined you are not in the auction.

Set your CPC to $.75 or higher see where your clicks are coming in and at what position so you can see where your market is and then adjust accordingly.

I haven't had a client pay $.05 per click for years!
