Hi
I have set up some campaigns on our site using admanager, from the help manual, It says if we check the box of 'Allow Google advertisers to target this placement.', then user from adwords will be able to see the placement and place bid as they wish. As I am not a frequent user of adwords, my question is, how do I know if someone made a bid on one of our placement, do I have the option to approve individual bid, or google does this for us. Obviously I would wish to have some kind of control over who may place a ad on our site, and what kind of ad.

My second question is, would I be able to show my company's 'Terms and Conditions' for those advertiser from Adwords. Or Google's Terms and Conditions is exclusive.

Could someone please shed some lights? Thank you!

This is actually a question for the AdSense forum, but you will see placement ads in your Ad Center Review tab in your AdSense account. And if you are using AdSense, AdSense (and by implication AdWords) TOS probably trumps everything else. If you want to use your own TOS, you'll probably have to work directly with the advertiser outside of Google.
