i have placed the google purchase tracking code on the secure page of my site and but it is not working. i tried running a purchase/sale report on my account but the report is not accurate. lets say for the 15 sales that i have, google only reported 2 and sometimes got 0 on other ad groups.. anybody here experiencing this situation?

You're talking about the conversion code, right? You want to put it on the *last* page of your transaction - the one where you say "thank you for your order, we'll be shipping this out today" or whatever.

Do you send your clients offsite for payment processing? That could be a problem if they're not coming back to the conversion tracking page.

Thanks for the response netmeg. Yes, we send them to another site for payments. So, I guess if they do not return to the Thank you Page after processing their payments, conversions will not track. Is there any other possible ways to solve this?

Does your payment processing company automatically return your customer to the Thank You page, or is it optional? You want it automatic if possible. Unless you set a cookie or something, it likely won't keep the sales amount, if you were counting on that.

Failing that - unless you can get them back AFTER the transaction is completed, I don't see how it would work. You could count them before they go off for payment, but then you get inaccurate numbers that way, because some percent will always either abandon the cart or else have their credit card declined.
