all of my ads on 1 account got dissaproved

please help me (Destination URL Not Working)

all of my ads on 1 account got disapproved
no copyrighted or trademarked word or phrases
it says Destination URL Not Working
but everything is intact (working)

i am hosting with netfirms

well i manually edited each ad and they are all working
all i lost was my history #*$!

it just happened again #*$!?

and then an adwords rep manually aproved them
