Just to add to this, the ad group B has zero impressions since yesterday.
Also, the ad that's showing had some issues with the destination url and on a click, it directs to a "page not found" url.
So, ideally, as per Google, this ad should not show at all in the first place, right?
Any explanation for all of this?
