Adwords Conversion Tracking Gradually Becoming Less Accurate?

Conversion tracking was always off by 20-25% in general, but the last two weeks it's been deteriorating....anyone else seeing this?

I also experienced the same. I put this purchase tracking code on my site but when I ran a purchase/sale report, numbers are way too far from what is in my actual sales.
