Finding out what query triggered a keyword?

Is it possible to find out what are the exact keyword phrases triggering a keyword?

For example, if you're getting clicks on a broad or phrase keyword, you may be curious to see what the actual stuff users are typing in is that's triggering them.

Is there any way to do this?
