Want To Use My Friend's Adwords Account. Living in Different Country

I would appreciate your suggestions!

Is it possible that if my friend lives in UK and he start running a adwords account for me and he keeps paying google but for e.g if i live in India and he give me adwords account login id and password and i use that for my site.

Because i don't have a credit card thats why...

Is it OK for google.

I don't know if Google would have a problem with that, but here's a way to do things in a way Google should be happy with:
1) Open a new My Client Center account
2) Add the advertiser ID from your friend's Adwords account to the MCC account
3) Have your friend approve the addition

The MCC account is designed to let an outside agency manage an Adwords account; in a way, that is what you are doing.
