Im a newbie in Google Adwords and just run ads in content network last month. I found that the conversion from click to sales is very very low.

What should I do to improve it?

I would not start with content. Start with search only, in google only, at $50/day. Once you figure out your tracking is working well, you can expand out to search network. Once you perfect that, go to content..
