Is there anything wrong with my adwords account.

I have setup adwords account few hours ago.And it always said that You have
reached and exceeded your budget. I improve the daily budget,but my
ads are still not show.what should I do,Do I need to call google to
solove this issue?Thanks for help.

It just takes some time to get everything running. In such cases diagnostic tool is irrelevant.

Also, once it starts running, you may get your campaign stopped when you reach around $50 of spend (until new day). If you want to spend more, you should give them a call.

make sure your CC has been accepted. without your CC information, nothing will run.

but i didn't use a Credit card ,i use the prepaid method
