It's very misleading. People click on it and it takes them to there website, but they may think they are going to our site.
We contacted them and they said we don't own the trademark so they can do this if they want.
I think this is kind of similar to the American Airlines vs. Google case.
Is what they are doing illegal? What should we do? Lawsuit?
Agreed that it isn't very clear for the user especially if this isn't a result of Dynamic Keyword insertion on their end, and they have hard coded your domain name as their title.
