account suspended immediatelly after opening.advice needed

Hello all,

i haven't worked with adwords for a while. Last week I opened accounts for 2 clients. Everything went well, we made the first payment.

However, after building 4 more adgroups, both accounts were blocked and then shutdown, without any reason being given.

Anyone seen the same thing ? What advice would have in trying to get an explanation ?

I contacted support but I was always told that they need to speak with someone above and then got no answer.

We can't really help. That is why you donot have a good response on the forum. You need to escalate the issue to the adWords staff to get an answer.

Can't really imagine what you did to really p*ss them off? Advertised P8rn maybe? Can't imagine..

If it was a technical problem from their end, they will surely correct it.. may take a few working days through..

I never had any luck "escalating" the numerous times I tried - has anyone had any luck moving up the chain?

In fact, sadly, several times escalation type noises were made by reps who then didn't follow up on what they were saying.
