Placement Tool

Bulk add placements at the account level?

For those of you who use the Placement tool in Adwords, do you know if there is a way to add Placements at the Account Level and not have to go to every single Ad group ?

Not that I know of, but you could find them for one ad group and then copy them pretty easily to all the others with the adwords editor.
