Anybody Else Get The Google Cookbook

on their account's 6 year anniversary

Did anyone else get the package of goodies from Google on their account's 6 year anniversary?

I got a Google Cookbook with gourmet recipes created by Google Chefs, a Google Chefs Apron (black with colorful logo) and a book entitled Advanced Tips from Adwords Experts ... plus a nice cover letter.

I don't cook but it's a nice gesture and over the years they have sent out some nice gifts.

Yes and my daughter grabbed both the book and the apron and has me cooking something with it today , but I ended up with the Adwords Tips book which is OK and I will pass on to a friend which will save me time in helping set his campaign up

I never get anything cause I manage campaigns for clients; they never come up with something for us agency/consultant types.

Yep, got mine (and for what it's worth, I'm a six year person, also).

Not a chef either (unless they are chocolate recipes), so those big beach towels from years back got more use.

At least it's better than the giant 'Yahoo Button' (which, for those who don't know, was battery operated, about six inches round, and screamed out 'Yahoo!' when you pushed it) I got from them last year.

Personally, I'd have been just as happy with a share of Google stock. :-)

I got mine today, I'm also in the 6 year club. It's pretty cool that Google sent a personaliized letter (addressed to me) and a chef's apron along with it.

I like the this part of the letter.
......a chef's apron that you can wear in your own kitchen... :)

Nothing is cooler than my Google mini-fridge.. Even comes with a car adapter..

those Google Fridges are handy as a pocket on a shirt, my daughter nabbed it for the dorm at band camp

over the years G sent a digtal picture frame, wireless mice, thumb drives, and other odds and ends

one company sends a big gift basket every Christmas

it's funny how the little things get noticed in a big way - maybe i can learn something from this :)

how about having our own shirts? We should have a contest on the design.. I say we get shirts designed where we are the riding the Google Bull?

I might have to contact one of my old marketing managers to see if she had a delivery of Google goodies...after all it was my idea to get started on AdWords.
