Really.. there is no trick.

Get a high enough QS on adWords on not very competitive keywords and that is it. Go for broad match for max traffic.

And donot forget the content network. That can be your friend.

I manage a client that does arbitrage. You need A LOT of money to buy A LOT of KWs and analyze A LOT of data after spending this money to finally have a large enough pool of KWs that drive profitable traffic at $.03.

PS: AT $.03, you can't put food on the table. Move on to arbitraging something else... Go for items that are hard to "comparison shop". (nothing that might have a model number)
